Pastels in Autumn

Coral and Mitch's Wedding at The Grange Country House

Coral and Mitch tied the knot at The Grange Country House in Northwood, London, marking a beautiful milestone for their family. It was particularly special for me, as this was the second wedding I have documented for this lovely family. Additionally, I have the pleasure of capturing another wedding later this year for a close friend of theirs who also attended this celebration.

One aspect that made Coral and Mitch’s wedding distinct was the bridesmaids' choice of pastel colours. As this colour palette was a first for me during this time of year, I was eager to see how it would all come together. The soft hues added a refreshing touch, perfectly complementing the elegant ambiance of the day.

Having witnessed Coral's journey as a new mother not long before the wedding, I couldn't help but admire how fabulous they both looked. The joy radiating from the couple, coupled with their family celebrating alongside them, created a truly memorable atmosphere.

One of the standout moments of the day was the explosion of confetti. The chosen confetti created a stunning visual display, floating gracefully in the air, creating what felt like an eternal celebration. It was remarkable to see how such a simple tradition could create such a vibrant and joyous backdrop for the photographs.

Eighty percent of my work comes from recommendations, which speaks volumes about the joy people find in their images and my approach. This level of trust and recognition is why I tend to stay less active on social media; the work speaks for itself, and I prefer to focus on what truly matters.

Travelling to this wedding was a delight, and I took the opportunity to spend the day exploring London, a city I hadn’t revisited in years. The architecture, culture, and vibrant energy of the city added to the experience, making it all the more special.

Capturing the beautiful moments of Coral and Mitch's wedding was a privilege, and I look forward to continuing my journey with their family and friends in the future.
