Elopement Ocean Kave

Such a pleasure to photograph Abbie and Felix wedding on this blustery early February afternoon accompanied by their 3 year old daughter who was as good as gold. Some words from Abbie below.

What made you choose your venue?

The location caught my eye immediately and I knew it was the place I wanted to get married. It was so unique and I can’t even put into words how beautiful the Kave was. Kathy also made everything so easy.

Style/name of your dress?

I honestly don’t know the answer to this! I brought it on AliExpress for £87.

Bouquet?

MinnaBlooms on Etsy! She was so helpful with any questions and they really truly beautiful.

Makeup ?

Weddinghairandmakeupbylucy (Instagram) - Lucy did my hair and makeup. She focuses on a more natural note which is something I really wanted as I don’t wear a lot of makeup myself. She really took the time to explain styles and what would work for me and made recommendations when asked. She was so lovely as well, really put me at ease on the morning. We never stopped talking so it was really nice.

What was your Favourite part of your wedding?

We loved everything, absolutely everyone involved made it, they made everything so easy from the venue, staff, registrars, makeup and photographer. If we had to do it all over again we wouldn’t change a thing and would have all the same people involved. Everyone was so amazing with Olive as well which means the world to us. It really was just two best friends getting married, the atmosphere was filled with happiness and you could feel it, it was the BEST day.

Most memorable part of your wedding? Definitely when Felix called me his ‘awful wedded wife’!
