Photographing The South West
January is almost over, I am not one to wish my life away but I for one am very pleased, it always seems to last such a long time. I am starting to see spring bulbs appear and this makes me so happy ( also reminds me I still have Tulip bulbs to plant and hoping it’s not too late)
I was living in Dartmoor last year until we moved to North Devon on the Edge of Exmoor. I thought I would share some shots from the last year. I love how diverse the landscape is in The South West of England and how it changes with the seasons.
I started taking landscape shots when I was a child and still like to take them while I am out and about walking. The power of imagery is amazing , when I look back at what I have taken it instantly remind me of what I was feeling at that moment. I love being outside in nature. If you can take the time to connect with nature everyday I highly recommend it.
I am thinking of making a few prints of my landscape pictures (ironically non of these are landscape in orientation, however I do have many that are) and selling them. I would be interested to know if you haven any landscape scenes in your house. Ive always preferred paintings but I am thinking of getting a few of my landscape images prints don quality paper and mounting them up to go around the house.
I hope you are all taking care of yourselves.
